I would like to take this time to thank your office for a job well done. First and foremost I would like to thank Larry Jones for everything that he did for me and my growing family. He was always there when I had a question or was nervous about the overwhelming paper work. He never once made me feel like I could not have the house I wanted, even though we were first time home owners. That is a huge accomplishment to someone who never thought it would be possible to own a home due to my age and no credit history. He also helped me find a mortgage company and held my hand through all of the formalities. I do not think my home buying experience could have gone any better. He not only is a great realtor but also a great person. You could not ask for a better employee. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home because I know they would be in great hands.

" Now That We're Closed, I Miss His Calls "

I had two houses in Jacksonville, Alabama that were purchased while my son was a student there. Some time after he completed his schooling we decided to sell those houses. We listed them with another Realtor. Over several months they were shown very little and the only contact we had with that Realtor, I initiated. After months I ask him what I should do. He suggested that I call Larry Jones at Billy Isom GMAC Real Estate. I soon met with Larry Jones for the first time. I was impressed from the beginning. He went right to work and sold the houses. Larry never pushed me to do anything I did not want to do. He kept me informed often as to what was going on. He called so often we really missed his calls after the houses sold. Later my son and I wanted to buy a house. I called Larry and he again worked as our representative on that deal. We were able to have the deal for the house completed in less than two weeks, largely because of the work done by Larry Jones. I have been able to view the work of Larry Jones both from the standpoint of buyer and seller. There is no doubt that if I had any real estate transaction to handle my first call would be to Larry Jones at Billy Isom GMAC Real Estate in Jacksonville, Alabama. Jamie and I would like to thank you for a truly wonderful home buying experience. In no way did we ever feel the least bit pressured in our home buying decision. You were always courteous and respectful to our needs and our desire for our family's new home. You helped Jamie and me to find the exact home we were looking for in our budget and in the exact location we wanted to be. You were very reliable and whenever we found a house to look at you were always ready to show it to us. When we found our dream house the home inspection revealed some issues that needed attention. You were very capable of working with the home owners to get these issues resolved and corrected so we could continue to closing.
